Canyon Cafe Meals
Breakfast Buffet
Scrambled eggs, French toast sticks, applewood smoked bacon, breakfast potatoes, fresh fruit, and Coffee, OJ, or Milk. Condiment station includes Salsa, Chile, Cheese, and Tortillas.
Includes one pass through the buffet.
Canyon BBQ Lunch
Each sandwich meal includes your choice of Pulled Pork, Smoked Turkey, Smoked Roast Beef with Cheddar, Caesar Chicken Salad, or two All Beef Mini Hot Dogs.
Includes chips, soda, and a chocolate chip cookie.
Fiesta Dinner
Taco bar with chicken, carne asada, and tofu protein options. Includes corn and flour tortillas, beans, rice, guacamole, salsa, onion, cilantro, roasted corn, cheese, lettuce, and radishes.
Churros will be served for dessert, and beverages include water, lemonade, and tea.
